Shipping & Returns
At this time, shipping is for U.S. domestic customers only.
*FLYGRL Flower Products are only sold in New York State.
Typically, our shipments leave the warehouse no later than 3 business days. However, we do have a 7-10 business day processing and packaging policy. During product launches, sales and/or holidays, our volume increases and can delay us to the longer end of our policy. You will receive an email when your order is packed and ready for shipment.
The Grl & Co. is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. The Grl & Co. is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.
*Any order, domestic that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
*NOTE: If there are any issues with your coffee or tea purchases, flower, hemp, or CBD products, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be advised that for the freshest products, please use/consume within 3 months of receiving your order.

The return policy for NON-opened products lasts 7 days after delivery. Product(s) that are opened and have been used are eligible for website credit.
You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to our warehouse and once received we will email you your credit minus the cost of postage of the original purchase. If you received free shipping, it will be a flat fee of $8.35.

Downloadable software products, ebooks. etc.
You cannot return any item if it's more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if Unopened)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit within 5-7 business days depending on your bank will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale Items, Exclusive Products, Discontinued Merchandise
Only regular priced items may be refunded (if according to policy). Unfortunately, any sale or promotional items cannot be refunded. If wanting an exchange customer must cover shipping cost to and from warehouse, if an exchange is warranted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please read the directions and information on each FLYGRL product before use.
Do not exceed suggested use. These products are not intended for pregnant or lactating mothers.
Individuals taking medications should consult with a health practitioner prior to use.
If you experience any adverse symptoms after use, please discontinue and consult your doctor.
